If you have watched Michael Smith(Chef at Home)you will see that he always has well trimmed and clean finger nails.He always washes his hands after handling meat,chicken etc.Other chefs are not as sanitary when preparing meals.Have you ever noticed that the people who do cooking shows never seem to have clean finger nails?
Totally agree. Not only that, they don't take their watches and rings off either; any kind of jewelry can become a host for bacteria - not a very smart way to educate people about hygienics.
