Heyy.. soo ive been trying to grow my finger nails for quite i while... ive bitten thems since i can remember and i just find it impossible to grow them, so if anyone has any good tips on growing them or what i can do to distract my self id be really grateful.. thanks guyss xHeyy, does anyone havee any good tips on growing finger nails?

Well, I've learned that when you bite your nails, your body is trying to get vitamin's from your nails, so you can just get vitamin's from the store and take two a day. Or...you can just paint your nails a really pretty color and it'll make you wanna not bite then and not ruin you nail polish.
