The skin and flesh which covers the finger nails all the bottom end is separating on my middle finger.?

Is this any kind of vitamin problem or some thing else? also the ends of the skin have become dark and hard. The skin and flesh which covers the finger nails all the bottom end is separating on my middle finger.?
If you are talking about your cuticle, which is located at the base of the nail bed--it sounds like you may have a habit of going into cold, dry weather with damp or wet hands. This leads to moisture being wisked rapidly away, and results in the condition you describe.

Regardless, my recommendation is to use a lemon peel to rub and push back your cuticle. Let the white part of the peel make most of the contact with the nail bed and cuticle.

If you are concerned about vitamins and nutrients (who isn't), then, use the fruit of the lemon to make a refreshing drink. All you have to do is squeeze it into hot or cold water, and add sweetener (honey preferred).

Also, dry your hands thoroughly before venturing into the winter winds.

That's called the cuticle. Go to your drugstore and get a jar of ordinary vitamin E cream. DO NOT USE VITAMIN E OIL!!!

The cream is VERY good for skin and nails, and it's quite inexpensive. I use it in place of lotion; I'm 53 years old, and OFTEN mistaken for being in my 30s!

I use the one from Walgreens; you can get the stuff just about anywhere. If aloe is included in it, that's fine, but don't get it with anything else in it. They're a great choice for guys because they don't have any perfume.
try getting a manicure i no it sounds really gurly but it just maybe due to your cuticles being dry and try taking more vitamins if all else fails see your doctor!

lea
go see a dermatologist asap! you dont want to let it get ne worst!!!
