I get them sometimes. Don't worry, it's not under your fingernails so they'll grow out and you'll be fine. Lack of calcium causes them. I'm not going to suggest milk because I can't stand it but if it gets too bad, try taking the vitamins with calcium.What are the white spots under my finger nails?
