I have white lines under my finger nails?

Is that good two of my best friends have them .Does it affect anything. One of my best friends says it is because i do not drink enough milk which i don't i drink fruit juices instead. please tell me i would be so happy and you will get a friend invite .And do you know any ways on how to get rid of them? This white line is on my thumb.I have white lines under my finger nails?
It could just be bruising.

White lines in or across the nail can signal fever, liver or heart disease, kidney disorders or, more likely, a lack of iron or zinc in your diet.
