Do you think its weird for a 10 year old boy to pant his finger nails black?

My ten year old boy thinks he is goin goth do u think its weird for a 10 year old boy to paint his finger nails black?Do you think its weird for a 10 year old boy to pant his finger nails black?
if he is only ten then it is a little too early .. or he could be just wanting to fit in .. you know it is the craz these days ..Do you think its weird for a 10 year old boy to pant his finger nails black?
Smack em with a hammer, it's cheaper and more permanent. All good Goths are supposed to love self inflicted pain (they don't notice the pain they give the rest of us).
No not at all....my husband has been wearing black polish since he was like 8 because he hit that goth stage and never left it so its probably just a goth stage hes going through
He may be gay. Any boy who wants to put on make up or nail polish could very well be gay, and it is a type of style these days, but NOT for a 10 year old. Wait until he at least gets into high school.
its weird, i dont even consider it goth
First of all, u spelled ';paint'; wrong in your initial question. secondly i think that if his parents approve and he doesn't get all depressed, its fine. its a little weird, but, there isn't a problem w/it.( unless he starts to get obsessed w/the whole goth thing, then it is definitely a problem. and no witchcraft either. that's also wrong)
Don't let your boy paint his nails. Period. End of answer.
panting or painting your nails black for anyone IS weird unless it is Halloween!
No it's not weird, it's a form of self-expression. His fingernails will grow out, the polish will come off. It's nothing permanent. Just like hair dye. We are all guilty of expressing ourselves one way or another with the way we look. Have you ever dyed your hair? Polished your nails? Just make limits. Don't let him do anything permanent until he is 18 then he is free to pierce, and tatoo anything he wants (He'll have plenty of time to think about the permanency of it) As long as he is not hurting himself, or others, what is the harm? We all need a little freedom of expression as long as it is not harmful to others.
I think it's very weird, but people express themselves in different ways.
Kinda, but then Halloween will be here before you know it. Next he'll be after piercings and a tattoo, so you will have to draw the line somewhere.
he is 10? going goth??? yes weird.........
NOT REALLY MY TEEN AGE SONS DID SOME WEIRD THINGS GROWING UP!! MY MIDDLE SON REFUSED TO CUT HIS HAIR AND ONLY WORE SANDALS TO CLASS. MY OLDEST SON WAS INTO SLANG AND YOU SWORE HE WAS IGNORANT BUT HAD A 3.94 AVERAGE AND GOT ENGLISH

HONORS!!

WE ALL GO THROUGH PHASES. HE WILL BE OKAY THESE DAYS THEY CALL IT GOTHIC IN MY DAY THEY CALLED IT

GHASTLY!!

BUT REMEMBER TO EXPRESS YOUR OWN OPINION ON HOW HE APPEARS FOR CHURCH AND FAMILY GATHERINGS THIS IS PROBABLY JUST A PHASE WE ALL HAD THESE!!
My son did and has done the same several times since he was about 10 (he's 18 now); I let it pass but asked him who did it, why, how does he think it looks, etc. gave me an engraved invitation to ask meaningful/pertinent questions and have fun with it! Who cares, really, what color your nails are; it happened about 4-7 times in 8 years and it was fine; now, if he starts dressing up like Dracula and thinks he's a ';super-horror-monster';, that's a different story!
Yes but I'm old. I guess it's better than those baggy pants that hang down really low.
No, it's just like any other fashionable thing he would want to do.

If he thought he was a jock he would wear his hat a certain way or a sports jersey. He's a kid experimenting with his identity.
ETHER THAT OR GAY

NO DAYS I DON'T THINK ANY THING IS WEIRD LIKE I WENT TO SIX FLAG ABOUT 8 YRS AGO AND THERE WAS GUY IN DRESSES AND SKIRTS AND IF HE IS GOING GOTH THEN YOU NEED TO PRAY TO GOD
Sucks to be your kid, he's gonna get his *** kicked in school now.
